We are looking for Customer Service Officer to join our growing team at our medical aesthetic clinic.

Responsibilities:

- Clinic reception duties
- Maintain cleanliness of reception
- Support in other administration duties assigned by manager

Skills required:

- Min. GCE 'N' or ‘O’ Level / Diploma
- Background in beauty, customer service, hospitality will be an advantage
- Ex cabin crew are welcomed to apply
- Able to write well in English to answer enquiries from leads through various platforms
- Teamplayer
- Result oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to use Microsoft word and excel
- Past experiences in Aesthetic/ Beauty/ Wellness/ Retail industry will be an advantage
- Comfortable in handling IT systems and devices (i.e. Laptop, printer, mobile) - you will need to use them daily

Salary : $2600 - $4000 ( basic salary + incentives)

Work hours : 44 hr/ week ( Sun, PH off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Aesthetic Clinic: 1 year (preferred)
- Beauty: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
