**Responsibilities**:

- International AI project coordination and management, including schedule management, progress management, meeting arrangement, resource management, logistics management etc.
- Proactively manage the project process milestones to make sure the smooth execution of the AI projects.
- Effective communication with the AMT Singapore AI team, BU customers of global and external partners.
- Proactive collaboration with Singapore universities and professors during the AI project planning and execution.
- Provide excellent support to the AMT Singapore AI team to enable the team with better efficiency during the AI innovations and development.
- Support the AMT Singapore AI team on the professional documentation as needed by the AI projects.
- Promote a culture that reflects company’s values, and promote positive and inclusive work environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or above in management or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent service mindset.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Proven records of successful collaboration with teams of multiple regions on the project execution to drive productivity and growth margin improvement.
- Demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Disciplined, passionate, positive and resilient.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management.
