**Job Title: Aircraft Leasing Manager (ID4414)**

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.30pm
**Salary**: $6500-$7000
- **1. Role**_
- Key member of the aircraft acquisition / remarketing team that manages aircraft lease, sale and acquisition transactions
- Looking for a conscientious self-starter, who is capable of independent work in managing transactions from start to completion
- Needs to possess good inter-personal, communications, financial modelling and project management skills
- **2. Key Job Accountabilities**_
- Generate financial models for pricing, forecasting maintenance events and debt financing schedules. Able to use the financial models also for business plans and cashflow forecasting
- Assist to prepare proposals, terms sheets and letters of intent for aircraft lease and acquisition transactions
- Analyse transaction opportunities and make recommendations to the management team
- Assist to prepare financial analysis of proposals and summarise deal terms for management approval
- Manage all phases of the aircraft leasing renewal, acquisition, sale and transition transactions to ensure appropriate outcomes and deliverables
- Coordinates with legal, finance, sales and technical teams on transaction management
- Participates in lease, sale and acquisition negotiations
- Supports the transaction lawyers in documentation and closing for aircraft acquisition, lease and sale transactions
- Assist to provide documentation to lease management team to file and update lease management system
- Prepares information for management reporting on lease function as required
- Other support duties or assignments as required
- **3. Reporting relationship**_
- This position reports to Vice President, Aircraft Leasing
- **4. Required Experience and Qualifications**_
- Degree in Engineering, Finance and/or Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in financial modelling will be an advantage
- At least 5 years experience in aviation finance, aviation maintenance, program management and contract negotiations. Experience in the aviation leasing industry and/or M&A advisory services will be viewed favourably
- Highly organized, conscientious while handling multiple tasks and transactions simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills
- Capable of independent work and strong team player
