**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Cleaning**:Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, including office spaces, hallways, lift and restrooms.
- **Trash Disposal**:Empty trash bins and recycling containers regularly and ensure proper disposal in designated areas.
- **Surface Cleaning**:Dust and wipe down desks, office furniture, and countertops to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- **Toilet Cleaning**:Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors. Restock necessary supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- **Pantry Maintenance**:Clean and sanitize Pantry areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances (e.g., microwave, refrigerator).
- **Window Cleaning**:Clean windows and glass surfaces to ensure clarity and prevent streaks.
- **Organizing**:Ensure that common areas are organized and free of clutter, including waiting areas, meeting rooms, and hallways.
- **Inventory Management**:Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform management when new supplies are needed.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:Follow all health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- **Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by reporting manager and/or management**
**Job Requirements**:
- Any experience as a cleaner or janitor, preferably in an office environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and ability to use them safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanour.
