You will be part of the Data Governance team, playing a key role in partnering and delivering enterprise data governance products and solutions to business stakeholder.

In your new role, you will play a integral role in designing and implementing effective, efficient and user-centric data governance products and policies to enable sustainable and scalable data usage across the organization. Including areas such as data quality management, metadata management and data discoverability, data Lineage and traceability, and governance oversight management.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop medium to long-term product roadmap to support data governance and policies initiatives to create sustainable and scalable data usage across the company
- Create standard practices, strategy and solution frameworks for enterprise level data governance that will enable the creation of data governance knowledge and advisory function required to drive data literacy across the organization
- Manage the Data Governance Work Group and related committee deliverables to track data quality and governance compliance, including but not limited to, liaising with enterprise stakeholders for status updates, driving efficiencies and automation within the workgroup, establishment of processes to monitor compliance of Data Governance standards and Data Quality controls
- Define Roles and Responsibilities for Data lifecycle stakeholders, and supporting data change management process to ensure data artefacts are updated.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about data with at least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in data, finance or asset management industry with a good understanding of financial instruments and investment asset class specific domain knowledge and business processes
- Experience in data engineering and platform in one or more areas, is an added advantage:

- Major Cloud-based Data Platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, RDS)
- Data Virtualization Technology (Denodo)
- Business Intelligence (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering/Science, Data Science or relevant disciplines
- Self-driven, pro-active and great sense of purpose to relook existing data usage and implement innovation to strive for greater quality and efficiency of data solutions
- Strong communication and people engagement skills to interact internally within team and externally across functions to design and develop solutions
