- **Salary**: Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
- **Remuneration**: 17 days annual leave with a Year-end bonus + VB based on performance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in IT or relevant majoring in Computer Science
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in the IT environment.
- Proficient in Windows 7, 8, 10 OS, TCP/IP, WIFI, Data Migration, Printer Driver setup
- Hand-on knowledge in IT infrastructure, Cisco phone system, MS Active Directory and SCCM
- Willing to work in West / Tuas area with transport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support internal and external (client) end users on all IT related services including set up, maintenance and troubleshooting, system monitoring (e.g CCTV), network monitoring inside tunnel and perform weekly/monthly data backup.
- Prepare self
- help guide, feasible procedures for users and conduct training when necessary
- Ensures data updated promptly and accurately in the assets database
- Monitor job progress and handle all issues that arises
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
- Able to perform task independently, follow through all task and meet timeline
- Able to liaise and communicate with all parties
