**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform refractions and prescribe glasses and contact lenses.
- Operate ophthalmic diagnostic and investigation equipment (training provided).
- Conduct clinical evaluations of patients.
- Assist doctors during consultations and clinic operations.
- Pre-operation and post-operation counseling for patients, including financial counseling.
- Handle front-counter duties, including registration, dispensing medications, collecting payments, and appointment scheduling.
- Educate patients about vision care, optical aids, and maintaining eye health.
- Address patient inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure equipment is in good condition and maintain accurate medical records.
- Perform general administrative duties related to submission and logistics workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Fully Registered (Full-Reg) with the Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) is preferred.
- Diploma or Degree in Optometry.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate, friendly, patient, and cheerful disposition.
