Performance Marketing Senior Specialist

**Roles**
- Devise & execute plan for paid (SEM) strategies on search engines base on business requirements.
- Oversee, track and optimise digital campaign budget.
- Conduct A/B tests in digital ads to understand contributing factors that drives the goal of the identified business requirement(s), while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Analyze post-campaign results, identifying and recommending ways to improve future campaigns.
- Drive performance analysis including identifying performance drivers, recommending an appropriate course of action, evaluating progress and escalating as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in digital marketing/advertising or any other quantitative, analytical, or relevant field.
- 3 to 5+ years of paid marketing experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
- In-depth experience with Paid search (Google), is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and a keen eye for data.
- Able to work independently and is a team player.
