Singapore OHIN CONSTRUCTION CO. PTE. LTD. Full time

Attend daily in-house TBM with project team / sub-contractors (if any).
- Ensure safe work environment on site.
- Daily operations paperwork ( eg, PTW, SIC etc.)
- Reviewing progress reports from each team member to track the status of each job area/scope.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
- Looking after the progress of the project, including but not limited to manpower planning, safety concerns, to

meet the schedule etc.
- Coordinating between internal and external stakeholders ( eg. workers, safety committee ) to ensure the

progress is meeting the timeline and not compromising on the safety concerns.
- Working with engineers to ensure that construction plans are feasible and meet legal requirements.
- Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability and performance are aligned with the

schedule.
- Arrange materials, machineries, equipment’s in advance and minimize material wastage on-site and maximize

machinery/equipment usage.

**Requirements**:

- Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers and contractors.
- BCSS, RES, formwork supervisor, scaffold supervisor, Work at Height supervisor, lifting supervisor and confined

space assessor certification.
- At least 10 years of construction experiences ( sewer manhole/pipe jacking experiences preferred).
- Ability to vet SWP and RA.
- Knowledge of current legal requirments.
- Able to work independently to meet tight timelines.
- 6 days' work week.
- Able to transfer levels from benchmark.
