National Gallery Singapore is a leading visual arts institution which oversees the world’s largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian modern art. Situated at the birthplace of modern Singapore, in the heart of the Civic District, the Gallery is housed in two national monuments - City Hall and former Supreme Court - that have been beautifully restored and transformed into this exciting 64,000 square metre venue. It was the first museum in Asia to receive the Children in Museums Award by the European Museum Academy and Hands On International Association of Children in Museums in 2018. The Gallery also won the awards for “Best Theme Attraction” at TTG Travel Awards 2017, “Best Attraction Experience”, “Breakthrough Contribution to Tourism” and “Best Customer Service (Attractions)” at the prestigious Singapore Tourism Awards in 2016 for its role in adding to the vibrancy of Singapore’s tourism landscape.

DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Manager (Procurement)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily procurement operations & handle queries from stakeholders.
- Oversee Procure-to-Pay system such as account creation/ deletion.
- Manage & update compliance and governance polices, standard operating procedures (SOP) and documentation.
- Manage yearly audit review and documentation.
- Manage & attend meetings with stakeholders.
- Review procurement documents and ensure compliance with policies and SOP.
- Review, coordinate and implement change initiatives for continuous improvement of current procurement procedures/ workflow and systems.
- Other ad hoc projects assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary qualification from a reputable university in procurement and supply management or equivalent.
- At least three years of relevant experience in procurement. **Experience in government procurement & procure-to-pay system is an added advantage.**:

- Proficiency in MS Office programs, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook. **Proficiency in PivotTable is an added advantage.**:

- Meticulous, driven, analytical, self-motivated and resourceful, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
