**Branding & Marketing Manager - Avi-Go (Singapore - Office)**

Avi-Go is modernising private aviation with an online marketplace platform that lets charter operators and brokers search aircraft, track flights and close deals —anywhere in the world. Join our globally distributed marketing squad and craft campaigns alongside teammates across multiple time zones, all while gaining an unique exposure to the world of business aviation that few marketers ever experience.

**Your mission in three bold moves**

**1. Own the channels**
- Web & landing pages - Architect, write and SEO-tune every page.
- Mobile app touch-points - Shape onboarding screens, feature banners, push alerts and App-Store copy so users feel the Avi-Go magic from their first tap.
- Social & thought-leadership - Own the Avi-Go social channels, from LinkedIn to Meta. Post LinkedIn posts, articles and bring Avi-Go to the rest of the world.
- Earned & paid media - Place guest articles, run retargeting/display, LinkedIn ads campaign to garner brand awareness.
- Brand guardianship - Keep the style guide fresh, police every pixel and word, audit public assets each quarter.

**2. Grow the leads**
- Daily optimisation - A/B-test creatives, bids and audiences before your coffee goes cold.
- Conversion lifts - Rewrite high-traffic pages, streamline forms, fine-tune in-app flows—watch visitor-to-lead rates climb.
- Lead & CPL targets - Smash monthly quotas while keeping cost-per-lead on budget.
- Convert Visitors to Users - Run retargeting campaign to convert prospect to users.
- Craft out Newsletter for users - Keep the audience engaged with your insights on the latest Aviation news.

**3. Manage and control**
- Unified analytics - Fuse GA4 + CRM into a single dashboard.
- Four headline KPIs - Qualified leads, visitor-to-lead %, CPL, lead-to-deal %.
- Traffics and user insights - Craft meaningful dashboard for key stakeholders to refine marketing strategy.
- Real-time budget re-allocation - Pour fuel into high-performers, ground the rest.
- Control the attrition rate - Craft out strategy to stop attrition and to encourage renewal.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 5 - 10+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, travel tech, or logistics/aviation.
- A strong portfolio of growth campaigns across paid, organic, and owned media.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush), and GA4.
- Confidence in managing media budgets and optimising CPL across acquisition funnels.
- Experience aligning with sales or commercial teams to drive lead quality and conversion.
- A metrics-first mindset, with comfort in building dashboards and marketing attribution reports.
- An eye for detail and a voice that keeps brand consistency across visuals and copy.
- Basic design skill is a plus.
