JR26249 Facilities Building Services Engineer

As a Facilities Building Service Engineer, you will be responsible on the overall Building Structural Maintenance & Site Services Operations at areas such as Office System & Office Space Planning, Feasibility Studies and Report Generation for Headcount & Space as well as Planning & Execution on Building Operations Maintenance, Events & Logistics Management, Service Vendors Coordination.

Your responsibilities will focus on Office Seat Planning & Relocation of Workstations, New Office System Setup & Building Services Operations Maintenance Planning. This includes working towards economy of operation with the maximum use of Facilities and Office Space. You are required to Coordinate with end-users as well as Service Vendors on layout planning, proposal, and execution within scheduled timeline, allocated costs and quality control. Supervise and Inspect work progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules per agreement with Stakeholders.

On a daily basis, you will need to coordinate and plan for Office System Change Management with various department representative, leads Building Services Preventive Maintenance Planning to ensure Facilities Building Services System’s Sustainability and ensure Service Vendor’s work delivery and quality. Besides, you will need to work on requests from Site Stakeholders on Event Management/ Logistics Support Requests without compromising Company’s Objectives in terms of Safety, Operating Specifications, Equipment Uptime, Maintenance Budget, and Scheduled Timeline.
