Job scope:
Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards. He/she needs to follow established food production programs and procedures. This includes appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste.

Cook must be able to marinate assorted meat to maintain consistency pre chilling and after thawing at required temperature. Must be able to maintain pans and hotplates at desired temperate during cooking process and maintain meat internal temperature to create fine meat texture.

Preferably someone with minimum 5 years experience.

Kitchen Duties:
Able to run 2 stalls side by side simultaneously

Responsible for the preparation, seasoning and cooking of food in accordance

Ensure the cleanliness in the kitchen

Must cook exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders accordingly

Able to operate large-volume cooking equipments;

Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared

Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions

Able to coordinate with suppliers and take orders.

Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.

Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
