**Position Summary: Lead Technologist - Cybersecurity, ASEAN & KR**:
As a **Cybersecurity Lead Technologist**, you will play a high-visibility role, driving technical innovation and leading strategic technical engagement across key accounts in the ASEAN & Korea region. This is a unique opportunity to influence industry direction, shape product evolution, and act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and executive-level customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate the value and advantages of our client’s cybersecurity solutions to a diverse audience, from engineering teams and developers to governance, risk & compliance professionals, and C-level executives.
- Lead conversations around evolving security trends such as Zero Trust, Endpoint & Cloud Security, Blockchain, IoT Security, AI/ML in Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Data Privacy.
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable technical plans that align with customer needs and business metrics.
- Architect complex, enterprise-grade security solutions, including hands-on Proofs of Concept (POC) tailored to customer challenges.
- Drive influence over strategic accounts, uncovering seven-figure deal opportunities and promoting cross-sell and upsell across the cybersecurity portfolio.
- Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and shape the product roadmap.
- Act as a thought leader, contributing to technical content, leading webinars, participating in forums, and representing the organization at industry events.
- Support field teams in conducting technical validations (POVs), ensuring solutions meet customer success criteria.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and contribute to competitive strategy development.
- Document and test new features and provide training to internal teams for successful deployment and adoption.

**Desired Profile**:
**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Over 12 years of experience in cybersecurity or related technical leadership roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills—comfortable interacting with C-level executives, Security and Cloud Architects, DevOps teams, and developers.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills with a talent for explaining both strategic and technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical mentor, leader, and evangelist in matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and delivering under pressure.
- Experience creating and delivering high-impact technical content (blogs, podcasts, webinars, videos, eBooks).
- Hands-on experience with command-line interfaces, automation, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Zero Trust, Kubernetes, network security architectures, cloud-native design, CLI scripting, load balancing, and infrastructure design (rack-and-stack).
- Industry certifications in cybersecurity and relevant technical areas are preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for business needs.
- A proactive, independent, and strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments with a bias for action.
