Job Description Summary

You will support the warehouse operation and have responsibility for operational warehouse activities across Life Sciences Plants in Tuas, Singapore.

The key focus of this role during the initial / start up phase will be to support the set up of warehouse & Logistics Operation.

Who We Are

Purpose:
You will support the warehouse operation and have responsibility for operational warehouse activities across Life Sciences Plants in Tuas, Singapore.

This is a 5 days work week, Monday to Friday 7.45am to 4.45pm.

Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate with team members and implement corrective actions to minimize damages, improper warehouse practices and handle any undesirable behaviors.- Enforce Safety and 5S housekeeping and compliance to quality, SOX and GMP requirement.- Perform picking, packing and loading of medical products into shipment container according to customer’s specification.- Provide support to logistics operation to ensure smooth and optimize productivity.- Perform periodic cycle count and responsible for accurate inventory records.- Perform periodic warehouse equipment preventive maintenance and ensure timely completion.- Main coordinator for materials movement to and from 3rd party logistics warehouse. Ensure delivery & system transactions is perform promptly.- Ensure that mínimal disruption to operation by ensuring meeting the weekly and monthly delivery time frame.- Ensure and enforce that associates are compliance to Safety, 5S and GMP requirement.- Constantly embark and participate in warehouse improvement programs or initiatives.- Understand and adhere to customer’s shipping specifications.- Liaise and communicate with truck driver on the movement of containers for loading or parking onto the loading docks and arrange loaded container to park at the containers parking lots.- Collect products from manufacturing and communicate with fellow associates concerning product damages, quantity and other related issues.- Coordinate and responsible for inbound & outbound material movement.- Handle waste and scraps according to proper disposition and recycling procedures.- Safety & ISO 14001 Environmental accountability:
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Our Requirements:
- 5 years of working experience in warehouse- With experience in leading a team- With Forklift license- Location: Tuas with Transport provided
