Job description

The Smart Home Sales Ambassador shall promote the store online through social media channels and delight customers through an immersive and informative in-store experience. By understanding and focusing on customers' needs, the ambassador shall make sound product recommendations so that customers can make the right merchandise purchases.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct digital marketing on social media channels.
- Impress customers with an excellent in-store experience.
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Introduce products and explain features and functions that resonate with customers' needs.
- Answer customers' questions and convey important details that the customers should be aware of before making purchases.
- Assist customers with their purchases. Ensure orders and requests are accurately captured and payment is made correctly.
- Place orders with suppliers and ensure customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.
- Perform mediation on fulfilment issues. Process returns and exchanges with professionalism.
- Upkeep the store in its best condition and ensure all products on showcase are ready for demonstration.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficient with the use of social media tools to promote the store online and attract customer to the physical store.
- Strong sales acumen to profile customers and demonstrate the smart home products effectively.
- Willing to learn on the job and be hands-on.
- Strong sense of responsibility to follow up with customers on their orders.
- Able to stand and walk throughout the retail space for prolonged periods.
