Reports to: Senior Security Supervisor (SSS), The Construction Security Operations Manager (CSOM)

The SS is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the physical security supporting the Security Officers (SO) on shift. The SS leads, mentors and develops a team of security officers to be operational ready on site. The SS monitors the completion of assigned security duties daily. The SS oversees radio communications, calls for assistance/support. The SS partners with the SSS and CSOM to support on all any operational issues and during incident response.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Gather and report all information on a shift basis.
- Brief the team and provide accurate scheduling details.
- Communication of activities on-site to all team members.
- Ensure that all business recovery/contingency plans and/or procedures held within the security control rooms up to date.
- Inspect and maintain high standards in relation to officer's appearance and uniform.
- Direct supervision on security deployments, ensure officers conduct patrols and conform to site SOP’s and/or site workplace health and safety requirements.
- Measure and assess the proficiency and effectiveness of physical security staff.
- Deliver directives to officers which may be requested by the SSS, SOC Manager, CSOM, Data Center Security Management.
- Meet with officer’s one-to-one, to address officer performance or concerns.
- Execute and participate in site evacuation drills and exercises.
- Review Incident Reports written by officers to ensure accuracy.
- Immaculate presentation that adheres to strict dress codes onsite.
- Any other duties assigned from security management.

- Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
- Knowledge in Ccure systems.

**Requirements**:

- PLRD Licensed

**Working hours**
- 5 working days followed by 2 rest days
- 12 hour shifts
