Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components (split, VRF, chiller, rooftop units, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Assist engineers in system design, layout, and implementation.
- Conduct pressure and leak tests using appropriate tools and instruments.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Work with building management systems (BMS) for system monitoring and control.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and willingness to work in varying site conditions.
- May involve occasional overtime or weekend work to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of site safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with site teams.
- Time management and reliability.
