**Challenges**
Your key responsibilities include the following:

- Lead and manage operations in the Clinical & Health Informatics Office
- To supervise and motivate the team to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage process change and cultivate positive mind set among team members.
- Ensure the team comply to SOPs and timely update of team KPI’s via balance score card.
- Perform task in accordance to hospital standards and procedures.
- Manage internal and external parties effectively.
- Responsible to report to Reporting Officer on the progress of daily operation activities and department improvement project’s progression.
- Ensure that the customer service level of the HIS staff meets the hospital’s standards and constantly review ways to improve on the service level.
- Assists in the development and implementation of policies with regards to release of medical information and ensuring compliance with MOH and relevant authorities’ rules and regulations.
- Lead in the development, implementation and improvement of consumer informatics, i.e. the releasing of health information to patients, Health Science Authority, National Registry of Diseases Office etc
- Quality control on the medical records / reports digitization accuracy.
- Manage HR matters of team members.
- All other ad-hoc task/ projects required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business or any similar field.
- Preferably 4 - 8 years of relevant working experience with leadership skills.
- Capable of problem solving and independent decisions making.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Manage relationships (internal and external) and ability to resolve conflict.
- Positive attitude and high adaptability to change.
