**About The Role**

Senior Analyst Fundamental Research Asia Pacific is an operational role and is part of the department Financial Markets Asia/Pacific.

This position is active in providing fundamental research on covered bonds and financial institutions for clients in the capital markets business in Asia/Pacific and Europe. It serves as the central contact for research topics in Asia/Pacific. Additionally, it develops research topics to meet the department's objectives and the objectives of LBBW Research, while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and between Asia Pacific and Head Office.

**Main Tasks/Responsibilities**

**1) Fundamental Research Analyst for Financials/Covered Bonds**
- Responsibility, ensuring coverage in terms of both quality and quantity and publication of Research on the following topics:

- Covered Bonds in general and covered bond programmes of selected jurisdictions
- Selected Financial Institutions
- Research for primary market transactions
- Responsibility for regulatory issues related to covered bonds and financials.
- Responsibility and development of Covered Bond Research of LBBW Research
- Marketing and presentation of research results in Asia/Pacific and Head Office.

**2)**Multiplicator role for Research in Asia/Pacific**
- Responsibility as the primary point of contact for research-related topics at the LBBW Singapore Branch; Leverage established networks: internally (e.g., Sales, DCM, LBBW AM in Head Office); externally (e.g., rating agencies, associations).
- Representing Research in Financial Markets Asia/Pacific externally and internally and in LBBW Head Office.
- Holding regular and ad-hoc meetings with relevant colleagues in Financial Markets Asia/Pacific and Head Office to coordinate research tasks
- Support function for research-related activities of DCM APAC
- Responsibility and development of research topics for the Asia Pacific client base in cooperation with the relevant reporting lines
- Support with Research to LBBW’s strategic Asia related initiatives
