We are looking for a coffee roasting and production assistant, to assist in fulfiling day to day online and wholesale orders and maintaining and upkeep of the coffee roasting machine.

Applicant should be attentive to details, enjoys coffee and tea.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the day-to-day Ecommerce fulfilment activities. Position is based in Warehouse.
- Manage and develop the Ecommerce team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and Ecommerce orders completion.
- Work closely with Managers to support business growth, which includes through adoption of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide effective leadership and motivation to the Ecommerce team to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and training part-timers to support business needs.
- Perform inventory management and stock taking.
- Ensure that all standard procedures are in place, and quality standards are adhered to.
- Monitor Ecommerce team members’ performance and to be involved in their appraisal / disciplinary sessions.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of relevant working experience in a Warehouse / Order Fulfilment role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment

**Working Location**:Near to Tampines West MRT Station

**Working Hours**:Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm; (5-day work week)
