St Gerard’s Preschool is an inclusive early childhood centre dedicated to nurturing children aged 18 months to 6 years old. **Now under new management**, our passionate team of early childhood and special education professionals is committed to creating a supportive and enriching learning environment for every child.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Conduct developmental screenings and assessments to identify learning and developmental needs in children, and provide focused intervention plans.
- Develop and implement Individualized Development Plans (IDPs) based on each child’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, parents, and the centre principal to integrate strategies that enhance children's participation and engagement in the classroom.
- Facilitate small group intervention sessions for children with additional needs, focusing on targeted skill development and social-emotional growth.
**Requirements**:
- SDESN Certification
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children with developmental needs.
