**Dues and Responsibilies**:
Oversee Inventory Control Activities
- Monitor and analyse Stock records, acvely oversee the inflow/oulow of stock.
- Initiate and manage Stock taking activities and report on results using presentation slides/reports.
- Improve the product standardisaon, resolve supplier and system issues relang to inventory through liaison between Outlets, Departments and Suppliers
Inspect Inventory
When appropriate, oversee stock taking activities, receiving of goods into outlets, check product set up is correct, perform random checks and provide training and educational materials for staff to improve their knowledge and use of the tools available (Barcode scanners, Portal and Web reports, Printers)
Inventory Control Specialist Dues and Responsibilies (Contd)
Maintain Inventory records, report on changes weekly, manage negative inventory items. Work with partners like Online delivery services to reduce failed orders due to inventory shortages. Work with vendors to improve delivery scheduling, order planning, product listing and product housekeeping.

Monitor and Minimise Aged inventory
- Using system ageing reports, identify slow and non-moving stock and work with Purchasing / Vendors to reduce or exchange and work towards efficient stock management
- Maintain Purchasing Records to validate against Receiving records
- Where used, monitor purchasing records to eliminate obsolete products.
- Work towards an auto-replenishment system that generates demand for products when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Communication skills - Good oral and written skills are necessary to convey information clearly by telephone, in meetings and via text/what's app using clear English and Chinese.
- Computer skills - Good understanding of Google Sheets, Slides, or MS equivalent
- Attention to detail - Ability to drill down into product transaction history and understand the meaning of the data
- Organisation skills - Must be comfortable keeping track of numerous products and extensive amounts of data and making them accessible across the company
- Excellent Attendance record - Ability to work flexible hours and able to meet overtime requirements when required.
- Experience - Receiving/Stockroom/Warehouse operations experience is an advantage
- Initiative - Must be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
- Health - Fit enough to safely lift boxes, climb ladders, move stock when required
