Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural, civil and structural and other related drawings from design drafts.
- Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
- Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.
- Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Making adjustments to drawings according to feedback from engineers or architects.
- Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.
- Interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies, and propose alternative material/work method for architectural work.
- Assist Project Manager in compilation of handling-over documents including as-built drawing.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or another similar field.
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience as an Architectural drafter in Construction Sector or similar role, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry.
- Good knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Revit.
- Coordinate with Architects, Engineers and other Contractors on any issue and approval.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles.
- Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Able to work independently.
