**Job Scope**

To support the IT team with the identification, masking, and labelling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within datasets used to train or interact with Large Language Models (LLMs).

This role ensures compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR) while maintaining dataset utility and model performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in reviewing and annotating datasets for presence of PII across structured and unstructured data sources
- Support testing and validation of masked data to ensure effectiveness and integrity
- Maintain documentation on data handling procedures and PII masking protocols
- Assist IT team where appropriate

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Currently pursuing or have a diploma/degree in any technical course
- Basic understanding of data privacy concepts and regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and use of excel functions.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential data responsibly
- Familiarity with regex, or data processing tools is an advantage

**Working Arrangement**
- Flexible working hours (20-40 hrs per week)
- Salary will vary depending on qualifications
- Station at the client sites.
- Suitable for students, fresh graduates, or freelancers with relevant skills

Pay: Up to $1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
