[What the role is]
Join a team of dynamic professionals to support full-time and part-time courses in School of Business Management.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering Business / Info-Comm Technologies related courses to both full-time and part-time learners. Additionally, you will provide support for academic related operations and be involved in digitalisation of academic processes.

[What you will be working on]
- Responsible for module development, delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for both full-time and part-time courses
- Mentor and guide learners in their holistic development
- Leverage on digital tools to enhance academic operational processes and provide insights to facilitate effective decision making
- Lead/participate in projects to drive academic quality improvement and system enhancements
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to address academic operational challenges and concerns
- Contributes to school-wide events and activities
- Undertake any other duties as assigned that support school's vision

[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification in Business or IT related discipline
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualisation using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics software
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and SQL or other database query languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload to meet deadlines and work with uncertainty
