We are currently looking for a Vice-President, Strategic Digital Assets Solutions to join our team in Singapore.
Tasks
- Support the SVP, Strategic Digital Assets Solutions for deal execution for a range of deal types, including but not limited to fund tokenization and tokenized capital raise
- Assist in various stages of deal execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, legal documentation negotiations and subscription management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across legal, technology and operations functions for deal structuring and execution
- Build valuation models, financial projections and pro-forma financial statements with strong bottom-up analysis, incorporating “token economics” considerations
Actively participate in the origination and ideation of innovative tokenization commercial use cases to strategically address the challenges our clients face
- Assist in preparation of external client materials and pitchbooks, especially with clear strategic propositions
- Conduct thematic research to generate insights on market trends and sector landscape
- Prepare materials for executive board and new business board for internal approvals for new deals
**Requirements**:
- 4-6 years’ experience in Investment Banking; Experience in Capital Markets function is a plus
- Passed CMFAS Module 4A: Rules & Regulations for Advising on Corporate Finance exam
- Ability to conduct financial statement analysis and modelling, including building 3-statement pro-forma models
- Prior experience and strong understanding of process for private market fundraising or IPO listings
- Strong knowledge and passion for the digital asset space with awareness of developments in tokenization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Fluency in another Asian language (e.g. Mandarin) as a plus
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Conceptual thinker with strong commercial instinct
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to high standards of deliverables with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with databases such as Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Messari
- Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic achievements
