**Project description**:
We are seeking a skilled AI Agentic Developer proficient in Python and Java in implementing solutions within financial institutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and validate AI models tailored to client service enhancements.

Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that support business and client objectives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all AI implementations.

Optimize existing systems and processes for efficiency and performance, focusing on client service delivery.

Document and maintain codebase and technical processes.

**Skills**:
Must have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

3+ years of working experience

Proven experience in software development with Python and Java, specifically within financial institutions.

Experience with Azure cloud platforms and services.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

Knowledge of financial products and services, especially in the context of client services.

Ability to work independently.
