**We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic students to join our team as Student Advisors for Insurance. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in the financial services industry, specifically in insurance and investment, while enhancing your communication and client management skills.

As a Student Advisor, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals towards financial security through tailored insurance solutions. Working closely with experienced financial consultants, you will learn how to analyze clients' financial situations, recommend appropriate insurance products, and support their long-term financial planning goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and contacting potential clients within your personal and professional network.
- Provide basic insurance knowledge to clients, helping them understand the importance of financial protection.
- Work with financial consultants to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Attend regular training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering after-sales support and ongoing advice.
- Assist in organizing and participating in outreach programs and events to promote financial literacy.

**Job Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:

- Minimum age: 21 (Based on MAS guidelines)
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn about financial services and insurance.
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing studies and part-time work.
- Genuine interest in helping others with their financial planning and protection needs.

**Nice to Have**:

- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Basic understanding of financial products, particularly insurance.
- Involvement in student organizations or extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership or teamwork skills.
