Quality Assurance Engineer

Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilties**:

- Reviews technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standard pertaining to the project requirements
- Prepares and reviews the project quality documents, procedure, ITP
- Reviews drawings, documents & weekly updated drawing register from document controller and distributes to project QA personnel
- Administers the project internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan
- Monitors the inspection and documentation activities of QA Inspector to ensure complain with inspection test plan and project quality requirements
- Oversees the daily assigned project mechanical and HVAC related construction works and review the daily inspection
- Oversees the assigned inspectors work performance and make sure the completions of tasks are as per the project plans and schedules
- Deploys QA inspectors for project inspection activities
- Liaises with Owner and class pertaining to quality related issues and technical and technical calibrations and queries
- Handles and resolves quality related issues arising from sub-contractor and in-house production
- Coordinates the testing and commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, QA Department, and vendors
- Reports non-conformance and issue Improvement note, where necessary
- Performs any other assigned duties and responsibilities

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines
- API 570. CWSIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector
- At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
- Good analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
