Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide written input to due diligence reports.
- Financial evaluation of mineral projects.
- Project site visits and interactions with and/or management of external consultants.
- Project risk assessments and mitigation.
- Liaise with trading teams on mineral project assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in mine design (familiarity with Datamine software is an advantage).
- Theoretical and applied technical knowledge in Mineral Resource Management disciplines: Geology, Geomechanics, Survey, Mine Planning, Metallurgy and Processing.
- Experience in project due diligence.
- Competency in project risk profiling and mitigation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-discipline technical team.
- Strong review and report writing skills.
- Ability to build financial models.
- Project Management with a drive to meet tight timelines.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- University Degree qualifications in relevant discipline.
- Membership of a professional body. Able to be recognised as a Competent Person.
- Minimum 10 years practical operational experience preferably in underground base metal mines.

Key Relationships and Department Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Technical Support.
