- Identify and evaluate the workplace hazards, conduct risk assessment and recommend control measures for all work equipment and operations;
- Implementation and maintenance of WSH documentation;
- Attend WSH Committee meetings, regular safety inspection of the work sites and ensure compliance
- Conduct safety orientations to all new workers (including sub-con workers) at the production floors;
- Conduct routine WSH inspection, lookout for any unsafe behaviour, work condition or equipment and make recommendation to remove the risks, if possible;
- Ensure the work environment maintains good housekeeping;
- Work with safety consultant to prepare, review and update RA and Safe Work Procedures;
- Investigate and report all accidents/dangerous occurrences with corrective actions on safety lapse/s to ensure improvements and compliance with legal regulations;
- Participate in internal and external WSH audits to sustain the SMS, SMA and ISO 45001:2018;
- Maintain compliance with SCDF Fire Safety Act and ensure all the fire risks are eliminated to maintain SCDF Fire Certificate;
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Professional Certificate/GCE 'O' Level/Diploma in Engineering (EHS) or equivalent
- Advanced Certificate in WH by accredited training centre
- Relevant MOM certificate in Workplace Safety & Health
- Possess own transport as requirement to travel between the factories assigned to your charge
- A team player with good communication and multi-tasking skills
- MS Office skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
