Job Descriptions:

- Reporting to the CFO and as an individual contributor in this position,
- Responsible for group level financial reporting and consolidation (more than 10 entities across Asia, Europe and US, and expanding)
- Maintain accuracy of intercompany & related party loans and transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow projections, ensure key balance sheet accounts are timely reconciled, as well as maintain accounting policies and ensure standardization of accounting practices across the group.
- Revenue recognition is also an essential part of the role as you will attend to queries pertaining to project milestones, revenue calculations, and prepare annual inter-company charging across the group.
- Be responsible in supporting regional finance teams in Tax, working closely with the Group Tax team and external consultants, supporting in transfer pricing study and TP structure set up.
- review of consolidated financial statements for the group, managing the monthly consolidation process, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- To work closely with regional finance teams and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Participating in the implementation of group level system implementation and data migration projects, leading process improvements for group consolidation at the corporate level

Streamlining intercompany processes through automation.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Degree in Accounting or ACCA certified

2. Strong SAP, Excel Knowledge

2. Prior Big 4 aduit firm background and Commercial sector experience required

3. Must have hands-on Consolidation exposure (comfortable with managing consolidation using Excel)

4. Understanding / appreciation of Revenue Recognition will be advantageous (e.g. revenue recognition based on project milestones & completion)

5. Desired traits: Driven, flexible, independent, hands-on, ability to work with stakeholders from diversified background

6. Min 10 years post-qualification in a multi-national company - complex accounting, preferably in a similar sector
