(Associate) Lab Test Coordinator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attend to any test sample/ test coupon inquiries from customers (delivery, size, shape, type of metal, etc.) and give relevant advices.
- Prepare necessary documents such as Works Order, customer’s instruction, etc.
- Ensure the test samples are accurately marked before sending to workshop
- Coordinate with the workshop for cutting and machining of test samples
- Coordinate with internal testing departments and outsourced testing.
- Ensure the company system is well updated from time to time
- Maintain strong relationship with all existing customers and continuously pursue business opportunities with them.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Materials Science or related major
- Entry level applicants (without experience) are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- **Customer-oriented** and willing to go the extra mile in fulfilling the assigned task.Able to multitask and highly proficient at work.
- Able to **work independently** with mínimal supervision, and work under pressure.
- **Proactive** and has the “can do” attitude.
- Able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
