**Position Summary and Responsibilities**
The role of Immigration Manager is a key role in the Immigration team, with responsibility for driving the effective coordination and provision of Immigration services to clients. This position is pivotal in the development of the Immigration service business creating strong and lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and government, integrating these activities into the Immigration team and growing the capability and scope of the service we provide.

- Country Managing Director / Regional Immigration Director
**Operational responsibilities**
- Ensure the provision of professional, timely and accurate migration advice and assistance to clients regarding visa options and other related immigration matters.
- Manage workload of each Immigration Consultant and Administrator to maintain quality and promptness of service delivery.
- Provide day to day direction to the immigration consultants.
- Manage any service failures or client escalations by doing complete research; including timeline of events, summary and action plan.
- Ensure the CSAT is sent upon completion of each immigration job and monitor the quality survey report to meet the Group’s target of CSAT and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Operational support to achieve relevant KPI’S.
- Maintaining CORE (or any other data base used by the group to monitor and deliver Immigration services) and ensuring team's data is uploaded accurately and timely by conducting random and scheduled audits of the database.
- Ensure risk management procedures are in place and ensure that the conduct of all reports is professional and consistent with Santa Fe standards
- Develop relationships with the in-country immigration teams.
- Developing a best of breed Immigration service capability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant third party vendors ensuring effective flow of communication to the client and where necessary making sure the vendors provide the quality of service delivery expected by Santa Fe and the client.
- Become policy expert and encourage knowledge sharing as part of the Immigration team culture.
- Advise on immigration service to clients and Regional teams.
- Provide input to RFP responses as necessary.
- Provide relevant support to financial management, including client billing.
- Attend client meetings, seminars etc to support business development.
- Ensure timely immigration updates / alerts are obtained and prepared for distribution within 24 hours of announcement.
- Provide ongoing training for current and new employees and develop potentials in staff for promotions and growth in team.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Provide Leadership and direction for Immigration team members.
- Be an ambassador for My Santa Fe - Purpose and Promise.
- Provide prompt responses to Global & Regional client contacts including human resources, managers and employees regarding Global immigration processes, procedures, timelines and service fees.
- Assist Regional manager in completing specific projects within geographical scope as and when required.
- Achieve target Revenue and bottom line.
- Achieve relevant KPI’s for business unit.
- Achieve Group targets for Billing timeliness and Account Receivable collection.
- Achieve Group targets for ESG initiatives.
- Network with stakeholders (eg Government Departments and Statutory Bodies as required) and keep up to date with policy changes.

**Education & Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
- Where required current registration to practice in Immigration.
**Work Experience**
- Five years Immigration experience including at least 3 years at a managerial level.
- Experience of working in an international, matrix organisation is desirable.
- Experience working in a global mobility environment.
