**Objectives**:

- Bridge the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders
- Ensure successful implementation of digital solutions to improve business unit’s work efficiency, transparency and traceability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in the development, testing and follow up on implementation of electronic workflows:

- Understand and document user requirements. Perform functional analysis of business requirements and propose solution
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities. Execution of test cases. Analyze test results.
- Log defects identified during testing.
- Support post Go-Live activities
- Use Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Power Automate to create workflows
- Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma / Degree in Software Engineering, Business Management or equivalent qualifications.
- 1 to 3 years of working experience.
- Ability to identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements
- Good communication skills to facilitate meetings between IT and business stakeholders
- Good problem solving skills to solve challenges and involve in negotiation between IT and business stakeholders
- Good in critical thinking to evaluate multiple options together with IT and business stakeholders.
