**Data Engineer (Junior & Senior)**
**Contract Duration**:2025 - 2027
**Location**:Pasir Panjang

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking **Junior and Senior Data Engineers**to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure that supports the detection of unauthorised privileged access. You will implement robust ETL/ELT processes, deploy machine learning models into production, and ensure high-quality, consistent, and secure data across systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**For All Data Engineers**:

- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows
- Manage and maintain scalable data warehousing solutions
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across sources
- Collaborate with software engineers to develop data-driven features

**Additional for Senior Data Engineers**:

- Define and implement best practices for data and DevOps processes
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building

**Must-have**:

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or Graph databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS Bedrock) and SPLUNK
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Solid foundation in algorithms, database structures, and integration strategies
- Proven ability to design scalable data solutions

**Preferred**:

- Experience building scalable APIs and deploying ML/AI solutions
- Knowledge of data-intensive frameworks and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
- Exposure to graph data structures

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement.
