Teaching Associate Programme
We are seeking recent graduates interested in exploring the teaching profession. This programme offers a practical introduction to the world of education and the potential for a full-time teaching role upon successful completion.

**Job Description**:
1. Teaching Experience: Gain hands-on experience in teaching, lesson planning, and classroom management. You'll receive training and mentorship through class observations, workshops and co-teaching sessions.

2. Student Care: In addition to teaching, you'll be coached to care for and nurture a regular group of students.

**Requirements**:

- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in working with children.
- Willing to take initiative and work independently.

Qualifications:

- Open to fresh graduates.
- Prior teaching or mentorship experience is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
