**The Company**

Our client is one the largest global players in the technology field. They are currently seeking a 4 months contract Finance Executive to join their dynamic team in Singapore. It is a great opportunity to enhance your skills & knowledge in this recognized firm.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you are responsible for general accounting and audit matters. The key responsibilities include:

- Journals preparation, month end closing activities, quarterly reporting and liaising with auditors, etc
- Assist and follow up with external consultants to ensure completion of Tax and Statutory filings
- Assist in completing and follow up on documentation as required for Corporate Secretarial matters for the Asia region
- Ensure proper control, accurate recording and timely handling of receipts via various modes of collection
- Sending Monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
- Cash vouchers handling, including requisitions and distributions
- Monitor and follow up on receivables, scheduling monthly meetings with stakeholders, preparing reports
Assist in preparation of monthly reports as required by the finance team

**Your Profile**

You should have a diploma in Accountancy / Finance, with at least 2 years of finance and accounting experience. You should demonstrate good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
