Job Descriptions:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Mobile, Tablet, Laptop or Personal devices.
Quality control and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality. Resolve/manage customer inquiries;
Ability to multi-task between repairs and customer service;
Maintain and use repair tools and equipment.
Provide estimates and quotes;
Achieve KPI goal.

Job Requirements
Have experience in Handphone, Tablet, Laptop or Personal devices repair
“N” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
Minimum 1 years of working experience
Ability to repair a variety of mobile devices
Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm;
Proficient in PC
Committed and able to work independently
Customer Service orientated
Able to work as a team
Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Have a great work ethic and shows initiative
Salary commensurates with experience
5 days work week(Shift)
