Assistant Brewer

**Responsibilities**

Brewerkz is looking to hire a person to assist in the daily maintenance and operations of the brewery and facility. The person selected will need to perform the following functions:

- CIP/SIP (fermenters, storage tanks, heat exchanger, brewhouse)
- Assist with brewing operations, centrifuging, transferring, dry hopping, etc.
- Assist with beer canning as and when necessary
- Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs
- Daily maintenance of brewery facilities, including cleaning of floors
- Clean and fill kegs
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and assist with stock counting
- Pick stocks for delivery
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Be able to work in hot, cold, wet and loud production environment
- Able to stand for long periods of time, be able to lift 25 to 50kg worth of goods, kneel, squat, twist, climb stairs and ladders, comfortable with working in confined spaces
- No experience welcomed, training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
