Designer Assistant/autocad Drafter

Singapore PEARL RIVER ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities：**

1. Create, review and modify drawings based on project requirements.

2. Prepares and modifies schematic, detailed, and technical drawings.

4. Work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and clients to meet project requirements.

5. Meet with developers, main-con，vendors in order to address client's needs.

6. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

7. Provide assistance to Design department manager.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 3 year experience in Interior design/Architecture design/Funiture design or related field.

2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup tools.

3. Familiar with basic materials and process, preferable to have experience in site construction

follow-up, construction drawing and **furniture design **.

4. Have a good understanding of the design scheme and high responsibility with job.

5. Possess good ability to work with others as a team.

6. Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
