Associate Professor of Practice in Mathematical Sciences
The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) at the College of Science of NTU offer multidisciplinary academic programs that provide students with a wide-ranging and up-to-date education. We offer undergraduate training leading to BSc (Hons) and graduate training leading to MSc and PhD degrees.
- Enhance the College’s visibility as an international leader in education, research, and industry collaboration.
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching to both undergraduate and graduate students.
- Secure funding from competitive grants and industry partnerships.
- Mentor and supervise students and researchers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the university and with external partners to design and help develop commercially viable products and services.
- Undertake essential administrative responsibilities within the School.
Requirements:
- A good track record of supervising students, researchers, postdocs, and interns.
- Experienced in cross-disciplinary research initiatives and collaboration.
- Demonstrated excellence in research, evidenced by a strong publication record in reputable peer-reviewed international journals and conferences.
- Proven track record in research, design, development, certification, and implementation of enterprise-grade products and services.
- Proven ability to secure applied research funding or commercial investments.
