**Responsibilities**:
Primary Roles in Logistics Management (Local)
- Customer service &processing for all Local and Online orders (Including Overseas)
- Courier service management on preparation of documents to dispatch of Online orders
- Handle Local distributor orders
- Full set of order processing;
- Collate orders/ Acknowledge orders/ Generate Pick List / Invoice Coordinate with warehouse on order preparation for fulfilment
- Coordinate & plan delivery schedule (Daily & Weekly)
- Monitor, manage &update GRN - Local (Documentation &Physical)
- Timely issuance & Filing of all invoices
- Check and Ensure all invoices are stamped with customer's company stamp and accounted Check and Ensure all COD &cheque payment are accounted &bank-in weekly
- Monitor Monthly Local PO forecast vs Sales (Customer & SKUs)
Secondary Roles in Logistics Management
- Check and Ensure all COD payment for cooking class are accounted
- Check and Ensure Month-end Inventory Stock-take is accurate
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Company and/or by your supervisor or manager
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
- Minimum 1 year experience in Logistics
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
