My client is a well known and established direct insurer with a strong presence across Asia is recruiting for a Marine Cargo Underwriter.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for the the GWP, profitability and P&L responsibilities for the Marine Cargo book. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing the existing and new relationships with intermediaries and stakeholders to ensure service delivery is at at an exceptional standard. Your role will require you to evaluate the risks for new business and renewals in accordance with industry standards and business strategy.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be an experienced underwriter, with experience across Cargo, Hull & Machinery and Marine Liability policies, with a track record of writing a profitable book.
