**Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager, National Heart Research Institute Singapore (NHCS/M/JY)**:

You will be part of the data science research team reporting to the Project Lead. Your responsibilities include managing research projects, facilitating all required documentation and financial records for project activities, and tracking progress to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met. You will conduct interim project reviews and measure project performance. Additionally, you will assist the Project Lead in managing, guiding, supervising and reviewing the performance of the project team members.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics, Biomedical Science, Health Science, Computer Science/Engineering or its equivalent with advance proficiency in Project Management. PMP certification is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in data science/ analytics/ research and healthcare. Prior work experience in implementing national-level programme and cardiovascular medicine setting would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in risk management and performance measurement tools
- Strong interpersonal skills. Past experience in supervising junior staff would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts in simple layman’s terms.
