We are looking to hire a Clinical receptionist / administrator for one of our five busy physiotherapy clinics. The role offers a high degree of independence and also offers the possibility of career progression.
- Assisting clinic manager
- Manage patient appointment schedule and patient payments
- General reception duties
- Liaising with insurance companies
- Liaising with external contractors and suppliers
- Responsible for inventory management
- Collate reports every end of the month
- Ensure overall cleanliness and the clinic and conformance to the Health & Safety regulations as required by authorities
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent holder in administration from a recognised tertiary institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative role, preferably from healthcare industry
- Have excellent communication skills to handle patients and create a friendly atmosphere in the clinic
- Resourceful and able to communicate effectively with other staff members and work in a team
- Possess strong planning and effective decision making skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to work alternate Saturdays
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
