**Job Title: Assistant Manager, International Collaboration & Strategic Partnerships (ICSP)**

**Mandatory skills**:
1. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese

2. Proficient in MS PowerPoint

3. Possesses good organisational skills and high attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:
Programme Office Management
- Organise and provide secretariat support for major committee meetings (e.g., monthly Joint Secretariat video conference, Inter-Agency Meeting, Joint Implementation Committee)
- Assist with preparation, marketing and publicity of Programme showcase, including MOU announcements and programme booths at industry events (e.g., at ATxSG)
- Maintain repository of Programme Office reports, lists of contacts, papers, and records
- Coordinate meeting schedules and liaise with key stakeholders

Stakeholder/Industry Engagement
- Work jointly with relevant agencies, key industry players and overseas government counterparts to identify key areas of collaboration

Strategy & Policy Development
- Conduct research on policies and trends related to digital economy and emerging technologies**Job Requirements**

1. Dynamic and result-oriented team player with strong initiative

2. Has interest in engaging people and building networks

3. Experience in events management will be an advantage

4. Degree holder in International Relations/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology/ Marketing/ Communications

This is an outsource role.

**Working hours**:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM

Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
