Culinary Studio Events Executive

We're looking for a culinary event coordinator who will assist our corporate clients in organizing and smooth running of our culinary events, typically held in kitchens.

HOURS
**- Work hours: Monday - Friday, might be required to work on weekends**

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Some of the requirements of the job are:

- Preferably a culinary background of any sort;
- Must be able to work as a team
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling, kitchen safety & kitchen hygiene;
- Good communication skills and organisational skills;
- Able to work in a fast paced environment;
- A driven, positive and fun attitude.
- Basic IT skills and knowledge (words, excel & powerpoint)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Some of the responsibilities are:

- To set up/ break down pre/post event logistics;
- Prepare the ingredients and tools for our lessons.
- To check and ensure the logistics for each event are properly sourced and set up
- Assist chefs with food demonstrations;
- Interactions with clients during events to ensure smooth running;
- Assist with photo-taking during events and
- Clean up after each event/ lesson
- Provide support to the studio in general

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
