West Singapore Job Alpha Associates Full time

Client: A1, Main Contractor Water plant, Oil & Gas Etc.
- Location: West Area, Company Transport pick up from Jurong East MRT
- Working Hrs: 5 days/ Mon - Fri.
- Salary: $ 3.8 - $ 4.5K, With a year-end bonus.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**: Strictly **NO Quota** for Any Work Passes

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Reporting to Senior HR Executive / Manager
- At least **3 years** experience in Singapore HR Operations
- Experience in using HRMS (Prosoft preferred)
- Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken, to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
- Have a positive mindset with an openness to accept additional challenges and opportunities that come along
- Willing to work in the West Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support recruitment team
- Reporting to Senior HR Executive / Manager
- Responsible for employee life-cycle, from onboarding to separations
- Partner recruitment agencies on hiring needs
- Employment Contracts and Training Etc.
- Support ex-pats’ entry and onboarding processes
- Attend to all transfer requests
- Provide input for mandatory surveys
- Perform any other duties as assigned and requested by the superior
